Here are a few of the basics about this account:
- Earn higher rates! Current rates pay higher than average savings rates.
- Rates paid on this product will adjust over time, but there are no access restrictions. You may access the money in your account at any time. Thus, if the rate moves lower than you’d like, you can easily transfer the funds to another product.
- Deposits to existing accounts may be limited from time to time depending on the amount available in this program.
- Your funds will be deposited in FDIC insured banks or NCUA insured credit unions but you access them through Deseret First. Below is the allocation percentage of your funds to the receiving financial institutions.
- You will continue to access your funds through normal DFCU channels like online and mobile banking or at any of our branch locations.
